The Lumberton Historical Museum is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, directly supported by donations and grants, as well as memberships in Friends of the Museum. These funds help develop and build exhibits, and pay operating expenses including rent payments to the City of Lumberton, insurance premiums, fixtures and furnishings.
